Please read the following information before purchasing & installing mosaics, wall tiles, or floor tiles.
- Wall tiles, floor tiles, and mosaics can consist of natural materials or be produced through processes where minor variations occur. Therefore, differences in color, shade, and size may occur between tiles. This is normal and is not considered a product defect.
- During installation, the tiles should be continuously checked for damage, scratches, or other visible defects.
- Before installation, the subfloor should be checked to ensure it is stable, even, and suitable for installing wall or mosaic tiles.
- Mosaics consist of many small pieces mounted on a mesh backing. During transport, individual pieces may occasionally come loose or be damaged. This is not considered a defective product, as individual pieces can easily be replaced with pieces from another sheet or cut to size during installation. Minor imperfections or small chips on individual pieces are almost always completely hidden once the surface is grouted. To ensure you have enough material for cutting, pattern matching, and any replacement pieces, we strongly recommend ordering 10–15% extra in addition to your actual surface area.
